Provide support in understanding The Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy
Provide support and assistance to help pass the Maidstone Knowledge test and EQUO Test
Provide support in obtaining the required DBS enhanced check
Provide support in obtaining the required Driving Standards Test
Provide support in obtaining the required Medical Certificate
Express can assist with funding until badge is obtained
What you need to apply.
Have held a full UK Driving licence or acceptable non-UK driving licence for at least a year

Taking bookings by phone and email
Input client information accurately and efficiently into the dispatch software (basic skills would be an advantage however full training will be provided)
Confirming bookings to ensure complete accuracy
Excellent listening skills to obtain accurate, complete information
Deal with client and driver queries in a polite and professional manner
Our dispatchers play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our services. Candidates must be able to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.JOB DESCRIPTION
